When checking out, if your country is not listed in the drop down menu, we do not ship there.
International Payment Methods
Most credit card companies now participate in address and security code verification. If we do not get an exact address match on your order, we may contact you
to fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card used with a signed note authorizing us to charge the card and ship the merchandise to the address indicated on the order.
Money Orders - Money orders must be in U.S. Dollars. Note that there is a $6.00 charge for international money orders as this is what the bank charge us for processing that you will need to add to the total on the money order.
To determine your shipping costs for the items you want to order before paying, put them in your shopping cart, go to Check Out and enter your address and country information. Next choose your shipping method and then click on the Apply Button. Your total will then appear in the Shopping Cart Summary.

We must declare the exact value of the products on a commercial invoice as well as Customs documents. We cannot falsify the documents due to legal and insurance reasons.
International Shipping Charges
The shipping charge displayed upon checkout for international orders is an estimate and may be adjusted on heavier or large package orders as sometimes the postal service adds additional charges for these packages.
Note that when you receive your package that the postage amount on it is not the total cost of shipping and may be less than what you were charged. The reason for this is that it does not include insurance and handling. The US Postal Service requires international packages to be delivered to the post office and cannot be picked up by the daily postal pickup. Due to this, we have additional charges to have these packages delivered to the post office.

International 1st Class Mail
International Delivery Times:
Our standard international shipping method is via the U.S. Postal Service. Typically a package should be received within 7-14 business days after shipped but in some cases will take longer (up to 28 business days or more) which we have no control over.
Note that International 1st Class Mail is a less expensive shipping option (up to 4 pounds) but may take a few days longer to arrive than standard International Airmail and it is not trackable. If your order is over 4 pounds, rates will revert to International Airmail and shipped that way.
Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed as most overseas postal services do not provide tracking information back to the US Postal Service.
All packages are insured but we cannot file a claim nor reship until 45 days after shipment. We can provide a separate quote for FedEx Express shipping which will be much higher than airmail but is trackable and will get your package to you much faster.
Note that on returns to us in case the package is rejected by your customs or not delivered, we are charged shipping a second time to ship it back to us which will be deducted from any refund to you.
Orders outside of USA - additional information:
We usually have very little problems with the countries listed, but if the product you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping and restocking charges once the package is received back by us in resaleable condition.
We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items, so you should check with your local Customs office to be certain that you can receive the products you ordered.
Your local officials may charge you a fee or tax upon pickup of the product which is not included in our price or shipping.
