If you're not a chocolate fan but you still want a sweet treat, these blondies are for you. They are fabulous and quite a specialty. These blondies are wheat, gluten, dairy, corn, potato and soy free.

Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, evaporated cane juice, brown sugar, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour, vanilla, rice milk powder, salt and xanthan gum.

Just add eggs(or egg substitute), oil and water for the best blondies ever.

One mix makes a 13"x9" pan of blondies.
